Hotel 115 has been a part of the Kew community since 2012. We are a 4.5 star boutique property with an onsite Restaurant, Bar, Micro-brewery and various Meeting and Event spaces.

Owned and operated by the Hateley family, Hotel 115 opened as a part of the BWH Hotel Group on the 12th June 2012, as “Best Western Premier – Hotel 115”, the first “Best Western Premier” property in Australia.

In 2018 the decision was made to change to a ‘soft-branded’ property, so we became “Hotel 115” but still remained a part of BWH Hotel Groups new brand “BW Premier Collection”.

With the introduction of COVID in 2019 and the associated impacts this had on our business, as of December 2021 we became an independent hotel and have no further affiliations or ties with the BWH Hotel Group.
